Shipping

Every item is custom printed on demand just for you. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping time.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after production
• Tracking is provided via email once your order ships

• Standard delivery: 10–20 business days after production
• Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility
• Delivery times may vary based on local postal services

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You'll see the exact total before you pay.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you can't find it, please:

1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file a claim
3. Reach out to us within 7 days at mrcleansvision@gmail.com

Please note: we cannot offer refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Double-check your address before submitting your order.
