Returns & Replacements

We've got your back.

A quick note

Every shirt is made just for you after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Because of that, we can't restock returns the way a normal retailer would, so we don't accept exchanges for sizing or change of mind. The good news: if anything is wrong with your order, we'll make it right, no questions asked.

If something's wrong, we'll replace it — free

Reach out and we'll send a brand new one at no cost if your shirt arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective (printing issues, loose stitching, etc.)
  • Misprinted, or just not the item you ordered

Just email mrcleansvision@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos so we can sort it out fast. Most replacements ship within 1–2 business days of approval.

Sizing — let's get it right the first time

Since we can't swap sizes after the fact, please take 30 seconds with the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed streetwear fit.

A few things to know

  • Sizing-only issues aren't covered by replacements (please use the size chart, or message us first).
  • Once a carrier marks a package delivered, we can't refund it — but if it's lost, we'll help you open a claim.
  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Re-shipments to corrected addresses are at the customer's cost.
